• Writing & Speaking Modules: From $25 USD for 2 unique assessments per module
• Full-Length Mock Tests: From $99 USD for 2 complete IELTS examinations (including Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking)

Each assessment includes different questions and content, providing distinct testing experiences.

Prices shown are base USD amounts. Final price including taxes and currency conversion will be displayed at checkout.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through DoDo Payments, our merchant of record and payment processor. DoDo Payments handles payment processing and tax calculations.

Refund Policy

All refund requests are handled directly by IELTS AI Prep.

How to Request a Refund:

2. Include in your email:
   • Your order number (from your purchase confirmation email)
   • The email address used for the purchase
   • Reason for requesting a refund

Important Refund Information:

• Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
• Processing time: Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days

Product Usage and Refund Eligibility:

• Unused assessments: Full refund available if no assessments have been started
• Partially used: Prorated refund may be available based on remaining unused assessments
• Fully used: Refunds are not available for assessment packages where all assessments have been completed

Our support team will review your account usage when processing refund requests. Refund eligibility is determined in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Users retain permanent access to their completed assessment results and feedback.
